To help people communicate ideas better by making exceptional digital experiences easier to discover, understand and discuss.
These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of Referelo and all related services operated under the Referelo brand.
By accessing or using Referelo, you agree to these Terms.

Referelo is not a file hosting service.
Referelo is not a stock image platform.
Referelo is a curated reference library built to help professionals discover examples of effective digital communication, marketing, product design and user experience.
We do not aim to collect everything.
Instead, we carefully select references that, in our editorial opinion, represent noteworthy, effective, innovative or otherwise valuable examples worth studying.
Selection decisions remain entirely at our discretion.

- mobile applications;

8. User Submissions
Users may submit references to Referelo.
Submitting content does not guarantee publication.
Every submission may undergo editorial review.

- remove duplicates.
Our editorial team retains full discretion regarding publication.
9. Content Quality
Referelo values quality over quantity.
We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our editorial standards, including submissions that are:
- low quality;
- incomplete;
- misleading;
- duplicated;
- irrelevant;
- promotional;
- generated solely for SEO;
- AI-generated without meaningful human review;
- technically incorrect;
- spam.
Publication on Referelo should never be interpreted as an endorsement.
10. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- violate any law;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- submit malicious software;
- upload viruses;
- distribute malware;
- harass other users;
- impersonate another person;
- provide false information;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with Referelo’s operation.
11. Prohibited Activities
Without our written permission you may not:
- scrape Referelo;
- perform automated harvesting;
- use bots to collect references;
- build competing datasets;
- mirror the platform;
- bypass usage limits;
- circumvent security measures;
- reverse engineer platform functionality;
- resell our data;
- train artificial intelligence models using substantial portions of Referelo content;
- use automated tools to extract metadata at scale;
- overload our infrastructure.
Reasonable indexing by legitimate search engines is permitted.
12. Premium
Referelo may offer Premium subscriptions providing additional functionality.
Premium benefits may include expanded access to references and additional features.
Premium functionality may evolve over time.
We may introduce, modify or discontinue Premium features as the platform develops.

13. Payments
Payments are processed by independent payment providers.
Referelo does not store payment card information.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Billing, taxes and invoices may be handled by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record where applicable.
14. Availability
We strive to keep Referelo available and reliable.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may occasionally become unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- infrastructure failures;
- security incidents;
- force majeure;
- third-party outages.
We may suspend portions of the Services where reasonably necessary.
15. Changes to the Services
Referelo is continuously evolving.
We may:
- introduce new features;
- remove features;
- redesign interfaces;
- change pricing;
- modify functionality;
- discontinue products;
- launch experimental features;
- introduce AI-powered functionality;
- release APIs;
- release mobile applications;
- release browser extensions.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any current feature will remain available indefinitely.
16. Intellectual Property
Referelo respects intellectual property rights.
The platform contains a combination of:
- content created by Referelo;
- content submitted by users;
- references to publicly available digital experiences;
- trademarks, logos, screenshots and other materials owned by third parties.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all trademarks, service marks, logos, company names and other intellectual property displayed on Referelo remain the property of their respective owners.
The inclusion of a reference on Referelo does not imply:
- ownership by Referelo;
- endorsement by the rights holder;
- sponsorship;
- partnership;
- affiliation;
- approval.
Referelo claims ownership only of its own original content, software, branding, editorial work and platform functionality.

17. User Submissions and License
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Referelo.
By submitting content to Referelo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:
- host your submission;
- store it;
- reproduce it where necessary for operating the Services;
- display it;
- organize it;
- categorize it;
- tag it;
- create thumbnails;
- optimize it for different devices;
- improve accessibility;
- include it in search results;
- include it in editorial collections;
- use it in connection with operating, improving and promoting Referelo.
This license exists solely for the purpose of operating Referelo.
It does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.
You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit the content.
18. Editorial Rights
Referelo is a curated platform.
To maintain quality and consistency, we reserve the right to:
- review submissions;
- edit titles;
- improve descriptions;
- correct spelling or grammar;
- improve categorization;
- modify metadata;
- merge duplicate references;
- improve search relevance;
- update tags;
- move references between collections;
- feature selected references;
- remove outdated information;
- archive references;
- decline publication.
Editorial decisions are made in good faith and remain at our sole discretion.
We are under no obligation to publish every submitted reference.
19. Copyright Complaints
We respect the rights of creators, companies and intellectual property owners.

20. Artificial Intelligence
Referelo may use artificial intelligence to support platform functionality.

AI assists our editorial workflows but does not replace human editorial judgment regarding publication decisions.

23. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Referelo immediately if we reasonably believe that a user has:

- violated applicable law;
- infringed intellectual property rights;
- attempted unauthorized access;
- abused Premium features;
- engaged in scraping;
- operated automated harvesting tools;
- submitted spam;
- attempted fraud;
- endangered platform security.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension, but we are not obligated to do so.
24. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time.
Deleting your account removes your ability to access account-specific features.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect Referelo.
References that have become part of the curated library may remain available after account deletion.
Where possible, personal attribution will be removed or anonymized upon request.
25. Disclaimer
Referelo is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
While we strive to maintain a high-quality platform, we do not guarantee that:
- every reference is accurate;
- every reference remains available;
- information is complete;
- references remain up to date;
- every feature operates without interruption;
- every search result is exhaustive.
Content available on Referelo should not be interpreted as professional, legal, financial, marketing or business advice.
Users remain responsible for evaluating whether any ideas, techniques or examples are suitable for their own projects.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Referelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide greater protection in your country of residence, those protections continue to apply where legally required.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Referelo evolves continuously.
We may update these Terms to reflect:
